House and apartment purchasers will receive individual sub-leases as confirmation of ownership/title. In addition, each owner will be issued a share in the management company that will have responsibility for managing the completed development; property owners, therefore, will have complete control over the future of the development. When completed, the plan is for this new "eco-city" to have the following services and amenities:

- powered by solar power (all units fitted with pre-paid meters);
- self-sufficient in water with wetlands for biological water treatement and re-cycling;
- an excellent road network and storm water drainage system;
- shops/offices/restaurants/supermarket/petrol station/medical centre and clinics; and
- schools (kinder/primary/secondary) and sports club/recreation facilities.

All of this will be provided in a highly secure environment with private, 24-hour security, perimeter fencing and a police station.
